Location: Tsaile
Job Rx, Inc. in Tsaile, AZ seeks a Pharmacist to join the outpatient/ambulatory care and community health pharmacy team at Tsaile Health Center (Chinle Service Unit) on the Navajo Nation. The contract is 1 year with the possibility of 2 more years; 8-hour shifts; credentialing takes 6–8 weeks; licensure must be current and unrestricted in any state, DC, PR, or a U.S.
territory.
Required:
PharmD or equivalent, board certification, BLS, 3 years total pharmacist experience with at least 12 months in
