Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at Upscale Home Care in Overgaard, AZ. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to senior and disabled individuals in their homes.

• Assist clients with daily personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation
• Perform light housekeeping around the client's home to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
• Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity to ensure the comfort and happiness of those in your care

• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Finger check clearance card

• Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively
• Ability to assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity
• Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families
• Must be reliable, patient, and possess a genuine desire to help others
