I'm hiring for an Occupational Therapist in Arizona! There is potential for $15k relocation assistance and/or $1k/month housing stipend.
The Occupational Therapist will provide Occupational Therapy services to patients/clients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication. Patient population will be in-patient (acute care), out-patient and Home Health.
