Clinical Pharmacist
Join a collaborative hospital pharmacy team serving the San Carlos Apache community. This role is primarily Outpatient
, with flexibility to support Inpatient/ER when needed.

RequirementsBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
BLS required
ACLS & PALS required (PALS may be obtained on-site)
1–2+ years of clinical/hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Strong knowledge of current medications and clinical practice
Team player with excellent communication skills
Must process prescriptions and controlled substances accurately and in compliance with policy and law
Ability to counsel patients effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
Must pass a background check and drug screen
