Hospital setting, working alongside an experienced team of healthcare providers

Job Responsibilities:

Operating Room Coverage :
Main OR with 11 operating rooms plus 2 additional rooms in an ambulatory center Approximately 50-60 cases handled daily Case Types :
Diverse caseload, including orthopedic and orthopedic trauma, general surgery, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endoscopy Charting : EMR Systems used:
Cerner and SaAnesthesia Department Support :
Collaborative work environment with skilled teams across multiple surgical specialties Credentialing and Requirements:
Certifications : BLS and ACLS are mandatory NBCRNA certification required Licensing :
Active Arizona CRNA license required; interstate medical licensure compact (IMLC) not applicable DEA License :
Required Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days for complete processing Additional Facility Information:
