Home Care Aide

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping as needed

• Support clients with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's, and other special needs

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the importance of dignity, respect, and compassion in client care

• Collaborate with our care management team to develop personalized care plans and ensure seamless transitions

• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care or senior care

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

• $16 - $18 HOURLY compensation
