School Psychologist

E-Therapy seeks a licensed School Psychologist to provide virtual mental and behavioral health services to K-12 students nationwide. In this remote role, you will complete psycho educational evaluations, conduct counseling and social-emotional interventions, contribute to IEPs and MTSS, and collaborate with school teams and families. You'll deliver services via secure teletherapy platforms, maintain compliant documentation, use data to track progress, and support districts in meeting IDEA and state requirements within a flexible, clinician-centered environment focused on student success.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psycho educational assessments for K-12 students
• Deliver individual and group counseling and social-emotional interventions
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, and MTSS/RTI team meetings
• Develop and document goals, reports, and recommendations in compliance with IDEA and state regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
• Use secure teletherapy platforms and digital tools to deliver services and track data
• Monitor and report student progress using data-driven methods
• Support districts in closing service gaps and meeting compliance requirements
• Contribute to crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development related to teletherapy and school psychology
