As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest —  will:

• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based interventions
• Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• Implement skin and wound‑prevention strategies
• Educate clients and families to support long‑term success
• Document care using our intuitive EMR system
