Maintain and track medication inventory by sorting, placing, and storing freight in appropriate locations; restock and replenish medication and ensure stock rotation on a first-in, first-out basis;
Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories; create reports using inventory information systems;
Assist with paperwork and documentation to ensure productivity and pharmaceutical integrity; process and submit forms, files, and communications;
Support the pharmacist in the prescription fulfillment process by stocking and rotating merchandise and supplies, handling claims and returns, and ensuring paperwork is complete and secure;
Ensure fulfillment of pharmacy prescriptions under pharmacist supervision in an automated central-fill environment to meet daily production and quality goals.
