Manage daily pharmacy operations on-site, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Assist pharmacists with dispensing, labeling, and patient counseling on medications.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and company SOPs in all pharmacy activities.
Maintain accurate inventory, perform cycle counts, and coordinate stock replenishment.
Monitor scripts and prescription flow to meet daily/weekly targets.
Provide high-quality customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Document all activities accurately in the pharmacy management system.
Engage with teammates to optimize pipelines and forecast territory needs.
Participate in ongoing professional development and apply learnings to practice.
Support clinical initiatives and provide medication information to patients and staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and patient outcomes.
Assist in reporting metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Experience/QualificationsActive pharmacist license with current state registration.
Experience in on-site pharmacy operations and dispensing workflows.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and SOPs for pharmacy.
Ability to meet daily/weekly targets and manage prescription flow.
Proficiency with pharmacy management system and prescription processing.
Inventory management experience including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Excellent patient counseling and customer service skills.
Data accuracy and documentation discipline for all activities.
Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
