Physical Therapist Job in San Tan Valley, AZ
Advanced Neurologic Rehabilitation is hiring for a Physical Therapist job in San Tan Valley, AZ, and we're looking for someone who delivers evidence-based care while genuinely engaging with the patients in front of them. Our clinics live by a simple idea: rebuild, renew, recover, and we want a therapist who brings that same focus to every visit. As a trusted neurological rehabilitation clinic already serving patients in Chandler, Gilbert, and Scottsdale, we're growing, and this role is part of that growth.
Rootedin Service Above Self, Excellence, and Restoring Hope
At ANR, our work is guided by three core focuses: service above self, excellence with every visit, and restoring hope. In practice, that means putting patients' needs first, treating every person and colleague with respect, and using clinical expertise to help patients see real, measurable progress. You'll be joining a team where those values shape day-to-day decisions, not just words on a wall, and where new team members are welcomed into a supportive environment from day one.
Our physical therapists apply principles of neuroplasticity and exercise physiology to help patients rebuild strength, balance, and movement, reduce fall risk, and restore walking and independence. It's specialized, outcomes-focused work with a neurological patient population, supported by a team that treats collaboration as part of getting patients there. Physical therapists on staff have described the work itself as rewarding precisely because of that focus: helping patients see real gains session by session, in an environment where the energy on the floor is positive rather than clinical and detached.
ACollaborative, Growth-Oriented Team
Physical therapists here work alongside physical therapy assistants who help keep patients engaged in their rehabilitation, so care plans carry through consistently between sessions. Team members describe the atmosphere as positive and collaborative, with a focus on creating an environment that keeps patients actively participating in their own recovery. You'll also have access to ongoing education and advanced technology, so growth is built into the role rather than something you have to seek out on your own.
Beyond the clinic, the team connects through biannual team-building events and volunteer opportunities with programs like Camp with A Ramp, Life Rolls On, and Parkinson's Move Day, so the sense of community extends past the workday. Benefits here are built around the same idea of taking care of the people who take care of patients, with PTO that grows alongside your years of service and flexible scheduling that gives you room to balance work and life.
