We're looking for a licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team of wellness professionals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, possesses a positive mindset, takes initiative to ensure the quality of our guest's experience, is a team player, and is attentive to each guest's needs. We are looking for someone with a high level of physical and mental energy along with the ability to work quick on their feet, quick learner, and ability to memorize routines, someone who is brilliantly resilient and able to maintain a calm and poised demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

We combine a variety of targeted and highly personalized, massage focused treatments, facials, massage techniques, body treatments and general relaxation techniques. Including body wraps, scrubs, hydrotherapy treatments and advanced facial massage techniques.

Training included

This is a part-time position in our Spa. Weekends and holidays required.

• Prepare the table, treatment room and necessary products to perform services.
• Treat clients safely and effectively using the appropriate techniques that meet their needs.
• Provide added value to clients with suggestions for proper skin care, stress relief, and overall wellness maintenance.
• Recommend additional products or services that may benefit the guest.
• Build positive relationships with guests and team members to create a pleasant work environment.
• Maintain Spa room and brand standards i.e. cleaning, stocking, and adhering to all CIVANA SOP's
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and properly store flammable materials.
