Radiologic Technologist / CT Tech
Lead CT/X-Ray Technologist overseeing daily imaging operations, ensuring diagnostic quality, safety, and patient care in a patient-focused department. Responsible for supervising technologists, performing imaging procedures, and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support radiologic and CT technologists within the imaging department.
Perform and oversee diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT and general radiography.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver accurate and timely imaging results.
Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance and service as needed.
Develop and train staff, providing mentorship to team members.
Monitor workflow and scheduling to optimize department efficiency.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and policy development.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
Current ARRT certification (R and CT).
Valid Arizona state license or eligibility for licensure.
Current BLS certification required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, including CT and X-ray modalities.
Skills:
Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
You hold ARRT R and CT certifications and Arizona license. You have at least three years CT and X-ray experience. You can lead, train, and troubleshoot imaging staff daily
