• Valid Arizona SLPA license required
• Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred
• Knowledge of speech, language, and communication support strategies
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with supervising clinicians and educational staff
• Flexibility to serve students from kindergarten through high school
• Capacity to start as soon as possible and commit to a full-time schedule

• Assisting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists by delivering therapy and intervention plans
• Supporting students with communication challenges in individual and small group settings
• Tracking progress, documenting sessions, and contributing observations to student records
• Communicating with teachers, staff, and families to advance student success
• Adapting therapy materials and approaches for diverse student needs across grade levels
• Maintaining a positive, supportive environment that encourages student participation
