Medical nutrition therapy to individuals and nutrition education to groups.
Evaluate patterns and relationships among data obtained and root causes for nutrition problems. Obtains data and analyze and interpret data based on evidence-based standards.
Develop and implement an individualized plan for nutrition intervention according to the patient's medical program goals and objectives, nutrition prescription, and self-management training.
Provides health education/promotion interventions including breastfeeding support to individuals and groups.
Creates, maintains, and updates daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules to manage workload.
Additional Requirement (Continued):Flexibility in duty hours, required to work rotating shifts, after hours, weekends and holidays.
Government Housing may be available.
