Radiologic Technologist / CT Tech, Radiography & Medical Imaging
Lead CT/X-Ray Technologist responsible for overseeing daily imaging operations, ensuring diagnostic quality, safety, and patient care in a patient-focused department.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support radiologic and CT technologists within the imaging department.
Perform and oversee diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT and general radiography.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures.
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver accurate and timely imaging results.
Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment; coordinate preventive maintenance and service as needed.
Develop and train staff, providing mentorship to team members.
Monitor workflow and scheduling to optimize department efficiency.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and policy development.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
Current ARRT certification (R and CT)
Valid Arizona state license or eligibility for licensure
Current BLS certification
Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, including CT and X-ray modalities
Skills:
Prior lead or supervisory experience
You hold ARRT certification in Radiography and CT. You have at least three years CT/X-ray imaging experience. You can lead, train, and improve imaging department workflows
