• Create a warm welcome for every arriving guest and a gracious farewell at departure.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest messages, and reservations (training provided; scheduling software experience helpful but not required).
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and guest areas organized, welcoming, and in harmony with our atmosphere.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, housekeeping, and management to ensure guest needs are met with ease.
• Support guests with information, directions, and small touches that make their stay feel like home.
• Stay engaged during quieter hours by keeping spaces clean, tidy, restocking, and preparing for arrivals.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional - presence and timeliness are essential.
• Experienced in hospitality, customer service, or reception roles (hotel/lodge experience a plus).
• Comfortable with technology; scheduling or reservation software experience is helpful but not required.
• A natural communicator with warmth, patience, and attention to detail.
• Someone who thrives in an intimate, values-driven environment where every role matters.
