As a Cook I - Banquet at Marriott, you'll support high-volume banquets and catered events by preparing hot and cold menu items to brand and chef standards. You will set up and stock banquet stations, follow recipes and portion guidelines, and coordinate timing to ensure dishes are delivered fresh and on time. Responsibilities include maintaining strict food safety and sanitation, labeling and storing products, collaborating closely with banquet chefs and servers, and helping with buffet setup and breakdown.
