We are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.
Job Duties- Works hands-on as a bartender while modeling exceptional service and beverage standards.
- Maintains bar readiness, cleanliness, organization, stocking, and closing standards.
- Supports monthly beverage inventory counts, ordering, and stock management.
- Maintains bar equipment, tools, glassware, and overall bar operating standards.
- Executes and trains the team to deliver CIVANA mixology classes and beverage experiences.
- Coaches bartenders on recipes, technique, service standards, and responsible alcohol service.
- Supports beverage cost controls through accurate pours, waste tracking, and product rotation.
- 3+ years bartending experience in elevated or resort environments.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, spirits, wellness beverages, and zero-proof cocktail development.
- Experience leading or training teams preferred.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and positive under pressure—Brilliantly Resilient.
- Strong communication skills—Open & Honest with team members and leaders.
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must hold required Food Handler and Title 4 certifications.
