Housekeeping Field Supervisor

Myrinn is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Field Supervisor to help lead the daily readiness of our vacation rental properties. This hands-on, field-based position is responsible for inspecting and staging homes, maintaining precise quality standards, and supporting the continued training and development of our housekeeping team.

The ideal candidate is disciplined, thorough, and committed to completing every task correctly and on time. Reporting to the Housekeeping Lead and working closely with the Field Operations Team, you will serve as an extra set of eyes on property quality and provide reliable coverage when the team needs additional support.

Perform comprehensive property inspections before guest arrivals.

Stage each home according to Myrinn’s presentation and quality standards.

Identify and promptly report maintenance or property-related concerns.

Complete minor maintenance tasks when needed.

Monitor and restock property inventory and supplies, including propane.

Train new housekeeping team members and provide additional coaching when needed.

Serve as emergency housekeeping coverage when necessary.

Assist with last-minute staffing changes and scheduling needs.

Deliver last-minute items to guests and assist with laundry turnover.

Meet vendors at properties and coordinate access as needed.

Communicate clearly and professionally with the Field Operations Team.

Follow established checklists, procedures, quality standards, and timelines for every property.

Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or short-term rental property care, ideally in an inspection or team lead capacity.

Comfortable performing hands-on physical work, including light maintenance tasks and lifting supplies.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Comfortable traveling between multiple properties throughout the workday.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established checklists and standards consistently.

Clear and professional communication skills, both in person and when coordinating with the Field Operations Team.

Comfortable using a tablet and entering information into spreadsheets.

Available to work the established schedule, including weekends as needed.

Available to provide emergency cleaning coverage within the 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM turnover window.

Willing to complete a training clean with the Housekeeping Lead to learn and demonstrate Myrinn’s standards.

Previous experience training or supervising housekeeping staff.

Familiarity with short-term rental turnover standards.

Experience using property inspection or operations software, such as Breezeway.

Experience working independently across multiple properties in a single day.

Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Sunday & Monday required, up to 3 more days flexible, approximately 24 - 30 hours per week
