Overview
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Senior HR Manager to join our team at Squire Resort at Grand Canyon in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, serving as a critical bridge between the sites and the broader human resources team.

- Lead and support HR teams across two properties, handling complex employee relations and conflict resolution
- Ability to drive a company vehicle as needed on property
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience in multi-unit or multi-location environment, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership role
- Experience managing teams that include both hourly and exempt employees in a high-volume, dynamic setting
- Proven background in employee relations, talent management, training, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in HR software, such as Work Day, SHIFT,Equifax, and iCIMS
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and conduct thorough and unbiased investigations
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Successful completion of a background check, including MVR and drug test required
