Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
Lead the delivery of corporate administrative human resources processes. You will provide human resource services delivering positive results to the human resources function, employees, managers and candidates. You will provide guidance and support to quickly resolve employee questions. Provide flawless end‑to‑end execution of Human Resource services and processes to support business objectives. Build easy and intuitive systems and processes to enable right and fast delivery of Human Resource solutions.

- 2 - 5-year experience in HR Operations / Shared Services
- Customer Service Mindset
- Problem Solving and Process Oriented thinking
- Ability to anticipate and understand customer needs, providing proactive guidance
- Solid administrative and operational experience, with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills. Ability to manage sensitive and complex situations with professionalism
- Strong project management capabilities. Exposure to difficult or complex/high impact projects a plus
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels
- Proficiency navigating HR Service technologies and systems to deliver timely and accurate resolutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex HR concepts into clear, concise, and user‑friendly responses
