Project focusThis aviation manufacturing site is going through a merger/acquisition and needs an experienced, hands‑on HR Business Partner to embed quickly and stabilise day‑to‑day HR operations. Working onsite in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, you’ll support a predominantly hourly, blue‑collar workforce and act as the single point of contact for HR operational processes on site, reporting directly to the VP of HR.
Keyskills and Experience required
- Proven, hands‑on HR Business Partner experience in an operational setting
- Strong track record supporting hourly / blue‑collar work forces
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and line managers
- Solid grounding in HR compliance, employee relations, and risk management
- Full‑time onsite availability, 5 days a week
- UKG experience (user‑level) – desirable
- Background in manufacturing, aviation, or another regulated industry – desirable
