Position: Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement) with Security Clearance
Location: Fort Huachuca

Duties
* serve as a civilian personnel human resource advisor (hra) and senior civilian personnel advisor for the us army network enterprise technology command (netcom).
* provide personnel services for a fluctuating civilian workforce dispersed world-wide with some volatile sites and politically sensitive missions downrange.
* serve as the netcom hr advisor on civilian personnel management for the cyber excepted service (ces) personnel system.
* serve as a key advisor and special projects manager, working on major human resources (hr) projects and programs in any of the human resource management functional areas.
* serves as a senior hrm special project and program manager responsible for the management, control, coordination, and execution of projects and programs to support netcom business objectives and strategic planning efforts.
* provide expert advisory and consultative services to all management levels within the command and its field activities on specific and command-wide issues requirements conditions of employment
* appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
* three year trial/probationary period may be required.
* must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance, t3.
* position requires temporary duty conus and oconus up to 15% of the time.
* this is an obligated position. An obligated position is one to which an employee has statutory restoration rights or entitlement based on active military service, recovery from a compensable injury, or return rights based on an overseas tour.
