The Senior Specialist will be pivotal in supporting warehouse operations at Redbull's "Lagerhaus" location in Phoenix. Their responsibilities will include ensuring high data quality and governance across data systems and processes specific to Lagerhaus operations. This role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting requirements, as well as leading process improvement initiatives. The Senior Specialist will work closely with Lagerhaus Operations, Logistics teams, and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) specialists to establish strong data governance, provide actionable insights, and streamline operational processes to facilitate data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

DATA

QUALITY AND GOVERNANCE

Develop, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks for Lagerhaus and EWM data to ensure compliance with corporate standards and maintain data integrity.

Regularly monitor and evaluate data quality, conduct audits, and utilize tools to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Establish and track data quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance effectiveness specific to warehousing processes.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data integration and ensure consistency across Lagerhaus operations.

REPORTING AND ANALYTICS

Build, maintain, and continuously improve warehouse reporting solutions to meet evolving business requirements.

Gather and analyze reporting needs from stakeholders, translating them into actionable dashboards and reports.

Ensure reporting processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with best practices in data management.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Lead and support initiatives aimed at improving processes within Lagerhaus operations, prioritizing simplification, automation, and increased efficiency.

Analyze performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for enhancement.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Lagerhaus operational processes, systems, and data workflows.

PROCESS AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Lead local projects focused on data integration, reporting, and process improvement, guiding them from design to implementation.

Ensure that data quality and governance requirements are integrated into all phases of the project.

Identify and manage risks and impacts on Lagerhaus processes arising from global or local initiatives.

Provide training and support to teams during process or system transitions, enabling seamless adoption and maintaining high data quality.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of Lagerhaus operational processes, data workflows, and reporting standards.

Design and deliver tailored training materials to address knowledge gaps and foster ongoing learning.

Over 4 years of experience in data governance, reporting, or process improvement, preferably within the warehousing and logistics sectors.

Proficient in data modeling, integration, and governance practices.

Familiarity with EWM systems is highly desirable.

Extensive technical expertise in reporting platforms such as Snowflake, along with experience in SQL or Python.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the warehousing and logistics industries.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of effectively working across diverse teams and functions.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

The base salary range for this position is $70,400- $105,600 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
