Job Description
The Army Golden Master (AGM) Senior Engineer provides services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). The senior engineer supports the Army Standard Software Baseline Configuration (SSBC) Program, which produces the Army Golden Master, the mandatory software baseline configuration for the Army. Duties include performing Change, Configuration, and Release Management (CCRM), drafting and finalizing Enterprise Technical Procedures (ETPs) for system and component upgrades, and maintaining the standard baseline configuration within the Federated lab to support AGM development for NETCOM.
This is a full‑time position located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
- Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical/operational support for the ADCNOMS project.
- Manage and maintain Windows Server (2012R2 or later), Windows
10 Desktop OS, and Linux operating systems. - Serve as SQL/XSQL Server Administrator (SA) for MSSQL
2008 and later, and Linux XSQL Database Administrator (DBA). - Support SQL/XSQL reporting and manage third‑party, non‑Microsoft applications (e.g., Active Client, Tumbleweed, Approve It).
- Design, develop, and maintain a customer‑oriented rich‑UI website, ensuring all related data is accurate and up to date.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience.
- At least 5 years of related technical experience.
- DoD 8570.1‑M IAT LevelIII certification.
- Active Secret clearance; able to obtain TS/SCI.
- Experience as a front‑end web engineer with extensive work on customer‑oriented rich‑UI websites.
- Document design and code; perform configuration management.
- 5 years of experience with Visual Studio or a comparable integrated development environment.
- 2–3 years of experience with WISE Installer, Install Aware, or Advanced Installer.
- 3 years of experience with application deployment in Intune (formerly Azure Active Directory).
- Power Shell experience.

The likely salary range for this position is 101,546 - 132,250.
