Location: Sells
The Tohono O'odham Nation is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to join our information systems team in the Sells/Tucson area. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, guide users through troubleshooting steps, and log incidents in our problem management system.
Responsibilities include resolving network and email problems, installing software, and providing user training. Travel within the Nation and occasional after-hours work may be required.
