Dairy

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Dairy professional to support our wholesale trade operations. In this role, you will coordinate dairy inventory, quality, and distribution to restaurant, institutional, and retail customers across the Western U.S. You will manage ordering, forecasting, product rotation, and temperature control to ensure food safety and freshness. Partnering closely with sales, transportation, and warehouse teams, you'll help meet customer demand, resolve service issues, and support margin and productivity goals in a fast-paced, people-focused, family-owned environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dairy product distribution operations for wholesale customers across the region
• Forecast, order, and manage dairy inventory to meet customer demand while minimizing waste
• Ensure accurate and timely receiving, storage, rotation, and shipping of dairy products
• Monitor quality, temperature controls, and food safety standards in line with company and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with sales, transportation, and warehouse teams to meet service level goals
• Analyze sales and margin performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and system records for inventory and orders
• Train and support team members on procedures, safety, and customer service expectations
• Partner with key customers to address service issues and special product needs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
