Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dairy product ordering, inventory, and rotation to ensure freshness and food safety compliance
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain accurate stock levels and on-time deliveries
• Monitor quality standards for all dairy items and resolve product or fulfillment issues quickly
• Analyze sales trends and customer demand to forecast dairy needs and reduce waste
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and product data within inventory and ordering systems
• Support sales teams with product knowledge, pricing updates, and promotional programs for dairy lines
• Train and guide warehouse or support staff on proper handling, storage, and documentation of dairy products
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, service levels, and operational efficiency
