, as a Floor Care Specialist!

Your Mission: Complete work orders, heavy cleaning, and set up and take down for functions for residents and staff.

• Be able to have effective verbal communications with residents and interact with them.
• Complete all work orders or contact residents to set up appointment to complete work orders.
• Cooperate with and assist other custodians and housekeepers in any area of the facility.
• Be available on a regular basis for on-call emergencies and be willing to respond.
• Maintain all carpets in all public areas to include hallways and lobbies.
• Vacuuming and shampooing as required.
• Maintaining all carpeted and tile flooring throughout the buildings.
• Assist residents and staff with the movement of items when necessary.
• Clean patios as directed.
• Clean and check all public restrooms on a daily basis.
• Burnish the floors as directed by the manager.
• Perform other duties as requested.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with carpet cleaning machinery and marble floor care beneficial.
• Possess current or has the ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
