As the Outbound Supervisor (Internally known as Captain, OEM Parts Wranglers) you will supervise a team of Warehouse Rockstars, drive safety initiatives, work to maximize productivity and quality within your team, and assure that all of our customer orders are fulfilled each day. You will also assure that the Distribution Center is well organized , clean and efficient to support daily operations .

• Be involved in supporting our Team Members including job shadowing, attendance tracking, performance documentation and new Associate hiring and training.
• Manage the operation ; communicate staffing plans to meet daily objectives , troubleshoot and resolve operational problems and assure all customer orders are prioritized and shipped on time.
• Manage project and process improvements and e levate the performance of direct reports through identifying project work
• Plan and execute a daily housekeeping plan to assure cleanliness of the work areas

• You’re a “go-to” team member in your curren t role and consistently go “above and beyond”
• You have the a bility to lead teams, develop people, and stay cool under pressure
• You thrive on a team but can also keep yourself on track with individual projects
• You can work a 11:30 AM-8:00 PM shift
• You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 4 0lbs unassisted
• You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)

The salary range for this role is $62,320.50– $76,169.50 annually ($29.96 – $36.61 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company.

In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
