Job Summary
A Group Operations Manager manages operational activities across multiple departments or locations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with strategic goals. The role involves effective team management, budgeting and resource allocation, process improvement, performance enhancement, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives and align with the overall corporate vision.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Lead, coach, train, and mentor teams to foster a collaborative high‑performing environment.
- Manage budgets, resources and procurement for optimal allocation and cost‑effectiveness.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and optimize operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and industry standards, maintaining high quality.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with other departments, stakeholders and vendors.
- Identify, assess and mitigate potential risks to minimize operational impact.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, analytical thinking and project management skills.
- Proficient in financial and organizational management, budgeting and resource planning.
- Experience in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Knowledge of ITIL 4 Foundation; PMP, PRINCE2 or Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
Minimum Salary (US): $80,000
Maximum Salary (US): $143,000
