- Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs.
- Small package eCommerce distribution centers located in Mississippi and Arizona totaling 3.2M square feet, consisting of over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary associates in Mississippi
- Sutter Street Manufacturing upholstery factories located in North Carolina and Mississippi totaling with over 1,400 full-time employees producing approximately $900 million to $1 billion in sales of upholstered furniture

The Maintenance Team Lead position provides technical leadership and direction to the maintenance teams responsible for repair of conveyors; ovens; electrical; plumbing; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); carpentry; painting; and other building systems. In the absence of Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Team Lead handles day to day operations and associated documentation.
The Maintenance Lead is located in Litchfield Park, AZ.
You’ll be excited about this opportunity because....- Oversee progress of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance events for their assigned area. Ensure the timely completion of all tasks whether it is scheduled preventive maintenance, project, or emergency work orders
- Successfully directs tasks from start to finish through a project involving multiple departments, 3PL's, and vendors
- Monitor and advise management of the status of work in progress and any problems or concerns that arise
- Research and evaluate current maintenance processes/procedures, manufacture service bulletins, and equipment incident history to facilitate development of solutions and improve overall equipment reliability
- Assists with the planning and preparation of training and orientation for new maintenance team members
- Must be willing to work weekends, odd work weeks, and variable shifts
- Works with maintenance manager to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks
- Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed. Assesses building systems to plan work assignments
