Bashas' - - Responsibilities:
Execute a wide variety of bakery tasks including mixing, weighing, proofing, baking, decorating and merchandising quality bakery products using Bashas recipes;
Load and unload the oven with proper temperatures and durations to bake various products;
Scale cakes and cupcakes, ice sweet rolls, breads and cookies, etc.;
Assist in ordering and receiving bakery products and supplies; manage inventory and out-of-stocks;
Keep a clean, neat, and orderly production area, equipment, and walk-in coolers/freezers to ensure quality and safety
