Automation Technician

Machinery Electronics Field Service Technician – Casa Grande, AZ. The role involves inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, or replacing electrical and electronic components of complex commercial electronics installed in manufacturing machinery.

• Inspect and test electronics to a semiconductor level, identifying faulty components on PCBs and replacing them manually.
• Handle both SMT (surface‑mount technology) and plug‑in breadboards.
• Solder and desolder small electronic components on PCBs.
• Test and troubleshoot communication networks in complex automated industrial manufacturing environments (fieldbus).
• Use LabVIEW, MATLAB, or similar tools to test and simulate processes to identify problems with process machinery.
• Work with components such as servo drives, motors, actuators, VFDs, valves, and other motion‑control equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in a related field (field service, maintenance, or electronic repair).
• Ability to work independently on complex electronic systems.
