CNC Programmer
$32 - $36 per hour | Clarkdale, AZ | On-Site | Permanent
A bit about us:A well-established manufacturing company in Arizona is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support ongoing production needs. This is an urgent opening for a hands‑on programmer who can both program and run CNC equipment in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines using Feature CAM
- Program and run CNC 3‑axis mills and CNC lathes
- Set up machines and make program adjustments as needed
- Interpret blueprints and machining requirements
- Monitor part quality and perform in‑process checks
- Work closely with shop leadership to support production deadlines
- Prior Feature CAM programming experience preferred
- Ability to program and run CNC mills and lathes
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
- Comfortable working in a production environment
- Hands‑on, self‑directed approach
