What You'll DoAs a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in maintaining efficient production and delivering high-quality products. Your day-to-day impact includes:
- Assemble with precision:
Build battery pack components by following standardized work instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency - Install & connect components:
Properly align and connect modules, busbars, and harnesses in the correct sequence - Ensure quality at every step:
Conduct torque checks, fastening verifications, and inspections to meet strict manufacturing standards - Operate advanced machinery:
Monitor and run both manual and automated production equipment to maintain output and efficiency - Support production flow:
Assist with line changeovers, equipment setups, and material transitions - Start and finish strong:
Help with safe production start-up and shutdown procedures - Inspect and improve:
Identify defects, perform in-process and final quality checks, and take corrective action when needed - Stay safety-focused:
Follow all safety guidelines, standardized procedures, and quality protocols - Handle materials responsibly:
Move components and lift up to 50 lbs as needed - Maintain consistency:
Perform repetitive tasks with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a production environment:
- 2+ years of machine operation experience in manufacturing or production
- Hands-on experience with automated equipment
- Assembly line experience, including repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow structured processes and work instructions
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Experience assembling battery packs or electromechanical products
- Familiarity with quality inspections and defect identification
- Experience supporting line changeovers and equipment setups
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong reliability

- 2-3-2 rotating schedule (12-hour shifts):
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Assigned to Blue or Gold team rotations
- Must be flexible to work any day of the week, including weekends

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
