Production Laborer – 1st Shift

Litchfield Park, AZ 85340 $ 16.50/hour 12-hour rotating schedule (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Overview

We are hiring Production Laborers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team! In this role, you will operate production machinery, inspect products for quality, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous production or machine operating experience (preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with fluctuating temperatures
• Fast-paced production environment

Dress Code

• Closed-toe shoes required
• Casual clothing (no graphic shirts or tank tops)
• Water allowed in clear, non-breakable containers in work areas
