 Cost Lead - SME  Department:
Project Management

Reports To:

Project Leadership  Position Summary  The Cost Lead - SME serves as the technical authority for project cost management, providing expert guidance, governance, assurance reviews, benchmarking, forecasting support, and mentoring across mining projects.  

Key Responsibilities  - Lead and support assigned project controls activities for mining projects.

- Coordinate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

- Prepare reports, analyses, forecasts, and project documentation.

- Support governance, risk management, and performance monitoring processes.

- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.  Qualifications  

- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.

- Mining, EPCM, construction, or major capital project experience.

- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency with applicable project controls systems and tools.
