Position Summary
Production Technician – Manufacturing of memory foam mattresses at Healthcare Glendale, a manufacturing arm of the MLILY company, located in Litchfield Park, Arizona.
Job SummaryAssist in mattress manufacturing across four sub-departments:
Glue and Packaging, CNC, Foam Recycling, and Material Control. Maintain a clean and efficient production environment, assemble products, operate machinery, and ensure production targets are met.

- Day Shift: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday–Friday (11‑hour shift with two 15‑minute breaks and one 30‑minute lunch break)
$18 per hour
Duties / Responsibilities- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
- Follow production guidelines and specifications
- Report any issues to the team leader or supervisor on duty
- Perform related tasks as assigned
- Meet production targets
- Assemble products and parts according to production guidelines
- Apply adhesives and ensure proper bonding of mattress components
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies
- Package finished mattresses for shipment, ensuring quality standards
- Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
- Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products
- Assist CNC machine operators in cutting foam to precise specifications
- Ensure foam pieces cut accurately and efficiently
- Assist with routine maintenance on CNC machinery and equipment
- Collect and sort scrap foam from the production floor
- Bale scrap foam for sale to vendors
- Maintain records of recycled foam and coordinate with vendors for pick‑up
- Manage the movement of foam and other materials between production departments
- Ensure necessary materials are available for production processes
- Keep accurate inventory records and report discrepancies

- High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus
- Basic math and reading skills
- Lifting up to 50 lb constantly and up to 100 lb with team lifts during a 10‑hour shift
- Standing for long periods in an upright position
- Walking between work sites
- Stooping and bending at the waist of 45° or more
- Talking and hearing normal speaking levels
- Visual acuity for accuracy and thoroughness of work
- Ability to adapt to cold or hot temperatures
- Air‑conditioned warehouse and manufacturing environment
- Standing for long periods, repetitive tasks, heavy lifting
- Exposure to loud noises, chemicals, and machinery
- Safety guidelines and protocols must always be followed
