* Position Overview:

* We seek a motivated, detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team on the second shift at our Marana facility. You will be responsible for assembling products, operating automated manufacturing equipment, and ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. The role requires flexibility for overtime and weekend work to support production demands.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Assemble products and components following established specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

+ Operate, monitor, and maintain tools, machinery, and automated production systems safely and efficiently

+ Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting

+ Implement and ensure strict adherence to quality control standards

+ Report equipment issues or process deviations promptly to supervisors

+ Complete necessary production documentation and records accurately

+ Cross-train on multiple stations to support team flexibility

+ Collaborate and communicate effectively within the production team

* Required Qualifications:

* + 0-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or regulated industrial environment

+ High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred but not mandatory

+ Proficiency in using manufacturing equipment and software

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

+ Ability to stand for extended periods (entire shift)

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

+ Willing to work overtime and scheduled Saturdays (2 per month) to meet production needs
