CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer Opportunity / $32-$36 Per Hour / Great Benefits & Growth Opportunity

We are a well-established manufacturing company in Arizona seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support ongoing production needs. This is an urgent opening for a hands‑on programmer who can both program and run CNC equipment in a production environment.

• Program CNC machines using Feature CAM
• Program and run CNC 3‑axis mills and CNC lathes
• Set up machines and make program adjustments as needed
• Interpret blueprints and machining requirements
• Monitor part quality and perform in‑process checks
• Work closely with shop leadership to support production deadlines

• Prior Feature CAM programming experience preferred
• Ability to program and run CNC mills and lathes
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
• Comfortable working in a production environment
• Hands‑on, self‑directed approach
