Crusher Oiler
The Crusher Oiler will assist the Crusher Operator and Central Control Operator to efficiently operate crushers, screens, conveyors, trippers, reclaimer, dust suppression equipment, and related equipment. Perform required maintenance and cleanup, including lubricating equipment. This is a Swing Shift position. M - F 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Responsibilities Under the guidance of the Crusher Operator (IIA), perform start-up procedures for the B2 through B11 areas in a timely and efficient manner daily Monitor the operation of the B2 through B11 areas and perform necessary adjustments Conduct a daily inspection of the B2 through B11 areas and document and submit the inspection sheet to the Quarry supervisor Become familiar with the job functions of the Crusher Operator (IIA) and act as a relief when required Perform cleanup and housekeeping duties in the B2 through B11 areas in compliance with company and MSHA standards Assist the maintenance department during breakdown situations as directed by the repair crew or the Quarry supervisor Other duties as assigned
Education High school diploma/GED
Requirements/Qualifications Mechanical aptitude Must be able to follow specific verbal or written instructions Must be able to read and write in the English language Must be able to do arithmetic calculations Must be able to anticipate repairs and use proper tools Must be able to work from high places Must adhere to company drug and alcohol policy, including random testing
