Clean Room Operator
As a Clean Room Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your role will require adherence to all safety protocols, including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. You will inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to SOPs.
- Follow all safety rules and wear proper PPE at all times.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished electrodes or assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately record production data, equipment readings, and quality checks in designated systems/logs.
- Identify, report, and help troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues.
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transfer raw materials and semi-finished products.
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of machines and work areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
Essential
Skills:
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to read and follow SOPs and written instructions.
- Comfortable wearing a bunny suit and full cleanroom PPE.
- Comfortable working around chemicals.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment preferred.

Work Environment:
Work in a cleanroom setting with shifts from 5:00am-5:00pm or 5:00pm-5:00am, Monday-Wednesday, and Friday-Sunday, rotating every other Wednesday. Shifts alternate between 36 hours and 48 hours per week, with a 16% premium for night shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.46/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
