The Clean Room Operator plays a key role in safely operating and monitoring production equipment in a controlled cleanroom environment. This position ensures that raw materials, in-process products, and finished assemblies meet strict quality standards while following established standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role involves accurate documentation of production activities, adherence to safety protocols, and support of efficient manufacturing processes through equipment operation, routine cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.

• Operate and monitor production equipment in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follow all safety rules at all times and consistently wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including full cleanroom attire.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished electrodes or assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Accurately record production data, equipment readings, and quality inspection results in designated systems and logs.
• Identify basic equipment or process issues, promptly report them, and assist in troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to safely transfer raw materials and semi-finished products.
• Perform routine cleaning of machines, tools, and work areas to maintain a safe, orderly, and contamination-controlled environment.
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks on equipment as directed to support reliable and efficient operation.
• Follow written instructions and work orders to complete production tasks correctly and on schedule.
• Work comfortably in a cleanroom setting, including wearing a bunny suit and full PPE for extended periods.
• Handle and work around chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols.
• Support general production, assembly, and machine operation activities as needed to meet manufacturing targets.
• Maintain consistent productivity and quality while standing for extended periods and lifting materials up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and written instructions accurately.
• Comfortable performing general production, assembly, and machine operation tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and repeatedly as part of daily job duties.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts while maintaining focus and productivity.
• Comfort working in a cleanroom environment, including wearing a bunny suit and full cleanroom PPE.
• Comfort working around chemicals and following appropriate safety and handling procedures.
• Basic ability to identify, report, and assist in troubleshooting equipment or process issues.
• Capability to operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, or willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail for inspecting materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and adherence to established processes.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment is preferred.
• Experience with general labor and production work is beneficial.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and contamination control practices is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and adapt to day or night schedules as needed.
