The City of Maricopa is seeking a qualified, full‑service vendor to develop, produce, and distribute a community activities and events guide.
Scope of Work- Develop, produce, and distribute a guide that highlights recreational and entertainment-based programs, events, and opportunities for residents and visitors.
- Collaborate with the City of Maricopa Communications Team to design and deliver a high‑quality publication reflecting the vibrancy of the Maricopa community.
- Create a comprehensive, rolling three‑month calendar of events within the guide.
- Feature content that promotes local organizations, businesses, and community initiatives.
- Develop a sustainable advertising model to support the long‑term viability of the guide.
