  • Collaborate with leadership, providers, departments, community partners, sponsors, media representatives, consultants, and vendors.
  • Use engagement metrics, marketing analytics, media coverage, and event outcomes to evaluate communication efforts and recommend improvements.
Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate is a positive, collaborative communicator who writes clearly, adapts messaging for different audiences, and builds strong relationships across the organization and community. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, communication calendars, digital assets, media contacts, and departmental records while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, social media platforms, website or content management tools, and communication or design software.
  • Experience in health care, nonprofit, community outreach, public service, or a related setting preferred.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both large and small audiences.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, Public Health, Business, or a related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Two years of progressively responsible experience in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, media relations, community engagement, or a related field is preferred.
