Advanced technology supporting specialties in Orthopedics, Spine, General Surgery, Pain Management, Podiatry, and Urology Proficiency in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and nerve blocks required

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with cases scheduled daily unless a provider is on vacation High-paced environment, especially on Wednesdays Patient Load:

Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible as a CRNA Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required State License:
Must hold an active Arizona license
