Active Arizona Medical License Clean malpractice background Board Certified CRNA Skills Checklist (to be uploaded with presentation) Availability for a minimum of 10 shifts per month (every week; Monday-Friday) Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA, PALS License Requirements:
Arizona Length of Need:
Ongoing Average Time to Credential: 60-90 days Types of Cases:
General surgery, OB/GYN, GI, Ortho, and occasionally Cath Lab (no hearts or neuro) Majority Case Type:
