• $1,246 per week per diem
• $500 travel allowance

Position Overview
You will provide primary care services in a federal Indian Health Service facility. This is a non personal services contract. You will practice independently within your scope and collaborate with physicians and clinical staff as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests

• Prescribe medications within scope

• Document all encounters in the EHR

• Provide patient education and preventive care

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted FNP or APRN license

• National board certification

• Current DEA registration

• BLS certification

• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
